About: Paper Street Comics is a small publishing company that has managed to publish over 22 different issues in genres ranging from crime noir to horror to children’s books over the course of its ten year history. In 2011 Paper Street owner, Victor Carungi, was able to finally achieve a life goal by writing for Marvel Comics. Victor is currently writing screenplays and setting up the properties PENCILNECK and CAREFUL… for feature film development.
