Comfort and Adam

About: Comfort Love and Adam Withers are the Husband-and-Wife Action Faction. Having met and married while attending art school, their deep friendship began with long discussions of comics and storytelling. Soon, they were sharing ideas for their own stories and characters, and after years as freelance creators they decided to go into business for themselves. They began self-publishing in 2008 with the critically-acclaimed super-hero series The Uniques. Soon after, they branched out with The Uniques Tales, an anthology series featuring the works of 35 of the top independent creators in comics. Comfort and Adam followed with a new mini-series, Rainbow in the Dark. Both Rainbow and Uniques Tales were nominated for Harvey Awards in 2011. Comfort and Adam continue to work tirelessly to produce comics that put the story first every time.
